The Concussion Reduction Device (CRD) is de signed to maintain the effects of the muzzle brake in controlling muzzle rise and reducing the con cussion caused by the muzzle brake. It also di rects the sound and concussion forward of the shooter. Advantageous in shooting prone as well as CQB operations.
